We started The Bread Shed to create Simply Good Breads for local bread-lovers in Keene, NH. As our bakery has grown, we’ve broadened our offerings to include a hand-crafted soft-pretzel line—some made with spent grains from nearby breweries—along with pizza crusts, cookies, and biscotti. Every item is made with all-natural ingredients and shaped by hand, reflecting the same care that guided our early days.

Even with this growth, our commitment remains exactly the same: honor our roots, support our community, and bake with care. We’re grateful for the talented local team that brings our products to life each day, and for the customers near and far who invite our creations to their tables.
