Our story begins in 2008 when I began baking in a shared-use kitchen for a local farm stand. Having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, I was well versed in the culinary arts but baking pies and cookies was a specialty I was not yet adept in. Through trial and error, driven by an intrinsic devotion to excel and perfect, I began baking, refining and obsessing over every detail – the filling, the crust, the appearance. Nothing but the best would suffice.
It wasn’t long before word began to spread and demand for my baked goods rose. Soon, I became we, and year after year, we continued to build our offering expanding into a curated line of frozen, ready to bake products featuring our favorite items.
Since our beginning, we’ve sought to counter expectation. often, too many baked goods are lacking flavor or harmony in some way - usually overly sweet and lacking flavor. The realization of this drove me to create the products I was seeking. Many of our ingredients are locally sourced from devoted food lovers like us. Our commitment to quality at every stage ensures a superior product that rivals the competition and creates admiring customers with every bite.
Today, we’ve grown, moved, grown, moved again and continue to expand our reach. We continue striving for excellence every day, and hope to bring joy to people through great food.
