Loon Chocolate is a "bean-to-bar" chocolate maker based in Manchester, New Hampshire. We produce all of our chocolate bars & snacks with simple ingredients directly from ethically sourced Cacao beans.

Tucked away in the historic Amoskeag Mill building in Manchester, New Hampshire, Loon Chocolate was started in 2018 and has been owned and operated by husband-and-wife team David & Rachel Mack since 2023.

At Loon Chocolate, we believe chocolate should be simple, pure, and exceptional. That’s why all of our products are handcrafted in small batches using minimal, high-quality ingredients and starting from ethically sourced cacao—just the way chocolate was meant to be.
