Kara, started making Fire Cider (delicious apple cider vinegar infusion) in her kitchen for her family with ingredients from her own garden. She’s taken her fine-tuned recipe and made it available to her community and beyond, now producing at the Western MA Food Processing Center (of the Franklin County Community Development Corporation). Kara loves working with the local farms to source her ingredients, including her ginger, turmeric, garlic, honey, horseradish & cider vinegar.
