Grown in the mountains of Nantou, Taiwan, the leaves are lightly oxidized and expertly crafted by a tea master using traditional methods. This tea has the fresh, bright flavors of a green tea and the depth and nuance of a black tea. Notes of lilac, gardenia, and honey give way to a full-bodied palate with hints of buttered greens and a long refreshing finish.
